Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled oats -gluten free, if desired
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter or almond butter. I use Better N' Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Clean Simple Eats Pumpkin Pie protein powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp chia seeds- these are optional
1/4 cup or 59 grams No sugar added milk or dark chocolate chips-
