Vegan Wellington

- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup frozen petite peas
- 1 pound ground vegan beef
- ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
