Raspberry Grapefruit Mimosas

Raspberry grapefruit mimosas are fresh, fruity, and the perfect festive cocktail for almost any party! A fun spin on the traditional orange juice mimosa. Bust out the champagne flutes and make these today!

One of my favorite ways to kick off a party? Cocktails, of course! Welcoming your guests with a festive drink just sets the tone and gets the party started! My current cocktail obsession? GRAPEFRUIT & RASPBERRY MIMOSAS!

• 3 6 ounce containers fresh raspberries
• 1 cup (227ml) water
• 3/4 cup (149g) granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (113ml) raspberry vodka
• 1 and 1/2 cups (340ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1 cup (227ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• 1 750 ml bottle sparkling rose wine or champagne chilled
• grapefruit slices for garnish, optional
• fresh raspberries for garnish, optional
• mint sprigs for garnish, optional
