These biscuits are a copycat version of the famous Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. This easy version needs just 4 ingredients and is such a quick and easy recipe. The biscuits come out soft, tender, cheesy, garlicky and taste just like the ones served at the restaurants.
These biscuits are a quick and easy side dish to make for a weeknight meal or for a larger event. I think it’s even easier than the making the biscuits from the mix. I’ve already made them a few times in the last few weeks and my family really loves them.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250 g) self rising flour
 - 1 1/2 cups (125 g) shredded cheddar cheese
 - 8 tbsp (113g) melted garlic butter plus additional for brushing
 - 1 cup (8 fl oz/237 ml) lowfat buttermilk
