Ingredients:
Banana Bars
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted Challenge butter 1 stick, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup mashed bananas about 2 small ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans optional
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons unsalted Challenge butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
