Chicken Diavola

Pollo alla diavola, or spicy devil chicken is made with marinated chicken that is grilled to perfection and served with a spicy tomato sauce. - 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes or less for less spicy
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/2 cup Tomato Passata
- 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
