Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges

These crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor from your favorite seasonings. Just a quick toss in olive oil and spices, and they cook up perfectly in the air fryer in under 25 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners, snack time, or healthy meal prep!

When life gets hectic, finding a quick and healthy side dish can be a challenge.

These crispy sweet potato wedges are fast, family-friendly, and require minimal prep, making them perfect for busy weeknights, school lunches, or even a quick after school snack.

I tested this recipe with two different air fryers to make sure the wedges come out even, crisp, and delicious.

They’re great for meal prep, picky eaters tend to love them, and with just a few basic ingredients, you’ve got a quick snack that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, (washed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, (regular paprika also works)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
Prep Time:
10 minutes
Cook Time:
15 minutes
Total Time:
25 minutes
