- 190 g (1 ¼ cups) gluten-free plain/all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon (40 ml) milk
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese - at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g (1 cup) icing/powdered sugar
