Ingredients:
- 12 ounces cranberries fresh, rinsed and picked through
- ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar more or less to taste
- 1 jalapeno seeded, membranes removed, and finely diced
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro more or less to taste
- 2 to 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons lime juice fresh is best
- pinch fine sea salt or kosher salt
