Bacon Wrapped Figs with Herb Goat Cheese

Sweet, savory, and salty Bacon Wrapped Figs are an easy holiday appetizer idea that looks super fancy! With herbed goat cheese tucked inside, each bite is perfection, this is a recipe that will definitely impress your guests.

Tis the season appetizers, cookies, and cocktails! And this Bacon Wrapped Fig number is here to be your go-to anytime you’re entertaining or want to bring a little something special with you to a party. Usually bacon wrapped dates are the thing this time of year, and people typically stuff them with a cream cheese mixture of sorts. They are delicious but I wanted to change it up and since I love figs and goat cheese, that’s the route I went. Y’all they are like bacon candy! Incredible.

Ingredients:
  • 25 dried figs
  • 8–9 strips of bacon, cut into thirds
  • 3 oz. goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
