Crustless Cottage Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked mixed vegetables, (mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc)
- 1½ cup cooked meat, (turkey, chicken, ham, or pulled pork)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp chives
