Oreo Chocolate Cobbler

This oreo chocolate cobbler is a chocoholic’s dream! This gooey skillet cake has a fudgy batter-like base with a fluffy cake and crushed oreos on top. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream!

If you are a chocoholic, this.is.for.you. It’s desperately chocolatey, studded with cookies and cream heaven. Topped with vanilla ice cream, melting into the gooey chocolate skillet. Served warm! I am a serious chocolate lover and this is my idea of perfection.

Chocolate cobbler was a new thing to me back then and oh boy, is it delicious.

It’s basically a gooey chocolate cake skillet. Sort of like a gooey brownie skillet. In this case, I added crushed up oreos! I mean, as if we needed to make it better. We love oreos in this house, but more specifically – we love anything cookies and cream. It’s Eddie’s favorite ice cream flavor. The kids love oreos for dessert. These oreo bars are dreamy and a big request around here. Basically, we can’t get enough. So it makes sense to crush them up and drop them into a gooey chocolatey skillet of love. I want everyone to make this because it’s amazing.
