Ingredients:
Crust
1½ cups pastry flour or all purpose flour
1 tbsp brown sugar packed
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup shortening cold and cut in cubes
¼ cup butter unsalted, cold and cut in cubes
4-6 tablespoons ice water
Filling
⅓ cup butter melted
1 large egg beaten
½ cup brown sugar packed (light or dark)
½ cup corn syrup light or dark
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional
½ cup raisins
½ cup pecans chopped
