Made with just 8 basic ingredients, this easy drop-style sugar cookie recipe yields thick, melt-in-your-mouth-soft cookies with the perfect amount of chew and complex almond flavor! Enjoy your almond cookies warm fresh from the oven, or top them with icing and slivered almonds. Either way, these sugar cookies with almonds will quickly become your family’s favorite, too!
