This tangy marmalade cake is simply delicious and perfect for an afternoon tea treat.
Ingredients:
8oz Self-raising white flour
0.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
5oz Golden syrup
5oz Butter (unsalted)
1½fl oz Milk
6oz Marmalade
2 Eggs (large, beaten)
For the topping
1¾oz Marmalade
4oz Cream cheese
