Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

These Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars are the perfect treat for fall! Layers of graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake, sweetly spiced apples all topped with the perfect crumb topping. A dessert you are sure to “fall” in love with!

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 15 graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons salted butter melted

    • Apple Layer

  • 3 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • Cheesecake Layer

  • 24 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream room temperature
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs room temperature

    • Crumb Topping

  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon apple pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
