Thinly sliced vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, or Brussels sprouts, are artfully arranged on top. Ingredients:

- Use your favorite homemade Buttery Flaky Pie Crust or All Butter Pie Crust (this recipe makes 2 crusts; freeze the second half for later use).
