House Favorite Garlic Bread
Choosing the right bread is essential for the perfect garlic bread. You need to determine the purpose of your garlic bread. Should it be excellent for sopping up sauces, or provide a hearty, crusty chunk to sink your teeth into, or simply serve as a vehicle for that delectable Parmesan-laced garlic butter flavor?
Two types of bread that are commonly used for garlic bread are "French bread" and "baguette." While both produce delicious results, I lean towards French bread because it offers a more even crumb with fewer holes, providing a flatter surface area to spread the butter mixture. The even golden brown topping it achieves is what makes it a winner.
