Ingredients:

- or preferred sausage, sliced into coins
- 12 oz paleo friendly precooked chorizo or andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 large sweet potato or 2 small, peeled and chopped into 1/2” cubes
- 5 cups chicken bone broth
