Spicy Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage And Kale

This Spicy Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage and Kale is a variation on one of my favorite fast weeknight dinners, pasta + parmesan + vegetable. Just give it at try and you are sure to make it more and more.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. orecchiette
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz. chicken sausage
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • freshly cracked pepper to taste
