  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
