Hot Honey Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
Sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Chicken
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders or cutlets but into strips
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/3 cup arrowroot flour or tapioca
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- black pepper
- 1 large egg + 1 tablespoon water, whisked
- Avocado oil or olive oil, or refined coconut oil, for frying
