The Best Shrimp Scampi

Jump to this recipe to learn how to cook the best shrimp scampi recipe. This quick and easy recipe is ready in just 20 minutes. But will blow you away by how delicious it is!

Juicy shrimp cooked in garlic butter, white wine, and lemon juice… create the most delicious shrimp scampi sauce ever! Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Then serve this with pasta (we love linguini or angel hair), zucchini noodles, crusty bread, and dry white wine.

Shrimp Scampi Lover?

Me too; Italian food is 100% my love language. So olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes basically run though my veins.

And although shrimp scampi is technically an American-Italian invention… I absolutely love it. Juicy shrimp, white wine, lemon juice, and pasta.

What’s not to love about that? Oh, and it’s quick and easy shrimp scampi recipe, too!

I cook this quick and easy shrimp scampi almost once a week because it’s flavorful and my whole family loves it! The garlic butter shrimp and scampi sauce is so delicious on top of pasta. And it’s ready in about 20 minutes, so I can make it on a week night! The flavorful sauce is so delicious you’ll want to eat it with a spoon… but don’t: add some pasta!

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 pound (340g) dried pasta linguini or angel hair, recommended
