Buckeye Brownie Cookies

Buckeye Brownie Cookies

These Buckeye Brownie Cookies combine the best of both worlds: brownie cookie base and peanut butter buckeye filling, all topped with melted chocolate. This easy buckeye cookies recipe has been one of my favorite cookie recipes since 2014.

The base of the buckeye brownie cookie is made using a boxed brownie mix, melted butter, egg, and softened cream cheese. It creates a chewy cookie with the perfect mix of flavors.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (19.5 ounce or family size)
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers or dark / semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prep Time:
30 minutes
Cook Time:
12 minutes
Total Time:
42 minutes
