Easy Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 6 ounces white crab meat (1 can, drained)
- 20 wonton wrappers
- water
- about 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
