Spinach Feta Pastries

Ingredients:
- 10-12 ounces chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- ½ medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley or dill
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened or at room temperature
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
