Buffalo Chicken Pizza

This Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe is a bold pleasing dish, complimented with creamy dressing on an easy homemade pizza dough.

Calling all Buffalo Chicken lovers, this is the pizza recipe you need to make. Cool and creamy come together with a tangy edge, layered on top of a delicious pizza crust. Baked until melty, this captures the experience of enjoying wings and pizza on a single, satisfying slice.

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup warm water , (110 degrees)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast , 1 packet
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

To Make Pizza
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese , shredded
  • 1 cup chicken breast , cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup green onions , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce

Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Buffalo Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
