Gluten Free Oreos

These gluten-free Oreos are a healthier and tastier version of the classic cookie. Made with almond flour and coconut sugar, they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. The filling is made with coconut cream and sweetened with maple syrup. These cookies are so delicious that you won't even miss the original!

Ingredients: For the cookies:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the filling:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp gluten free oat milk
