Turkey Melt Sliders with Cranberry Aioli

Turkey Melt Sliders with Cranberry Aioli feature King’s Hawaiian rolls filled with roasted turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, and a sweet, tangy cranberry aioli. Before baking, the rolls are brushed with a savory herb butter topping, giving them a golden, flavorful finish. These irresistible hand-held treats are perfect for any gathering and are worthy of adding to your list of leftover turkey recipes. I love serving a couple of these sliders as a satisfying main course!

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup (160 g) cranberry aioli, divided
  • 10 slices provolone cheese, divided
  • 16 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast, deli slices or leftover turkey
  • ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced into crescents (curved thin pieces)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced (about 8 slices)

Total Time:
30 minutes
