BBQ Chicken Bowls with Feta-Corn Salad

Ingredients:

- Juice of 1 lemon, divided
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to approximately ½” thick
- 2 cups frozen roasted corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, plus extra for garnish
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
