Tuscan White Bean Dip & White Bean Crostini (Vegan!)
This creamy white bean dip recipe is a cinch to make and is the perfect appetizer or healthy snack. Ingredients:
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, smashed and peeled
2 rosemary sprigs (4-6 inches)
½ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 15-ounce can cannellini or navy beans, drained and rinsed
½ teaspoon lemon zest
Juice of ½ lemon, plus more to taste
1-2 tablespoons water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
