Turkey Melt Sliders with Cranberry Aioli

Turkey Melt Sliders with Cranberry Aioli feature King’s Hawaiian rolls filled with roasted turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, and a sweet, tangy cranberry aioli. Ingredients:
  • 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup (160 g) cranberry aioli, divided
  • 10 slices provolone cheese, divided
  • 16 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast, deli slices or leftover turkey
  • ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced into crescents (curved thin pieces)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced (about 8 slices)
