Easy Greek Feta Dip
This delicious dip takes just a few minutes to make and is destined to become your go-to appetizer for almost any occasion. It’s hard to believe that so few ingredients can combine to create such an appealing dish, but this dip is loaded with flavor, thanks to the feta cheese and Greek seasoning. It’s always popular because it’s light, healthy and tastes amazing, so it appeals to pretty much everyone.
All you need are some Roma tomatoes, green onions, and a block of feta cheese, plus some Greek seasoning and a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You can sub red or white wine vinegar in place of the balsamic. I like to finish things off with a sprinkling of freshly chopped parsley, but that’s totally optional. People always appreciate a few healthier options. And this dip is so much better than the usual veggie tray with Ranch dip, which is often my default healthy option. Plus, it’s faster to make this than it is to cut up a bunch of vegetables.
