Broccoli Mac and Cheese Muffins

- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- a pinch or two of salt and pepper
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- 3 cups Barilla Cut Macaroni cooked to al dente
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
