Filling without being heavy, this easy caprese pasta recipe has fresh ingredients, yummy mozzarella cheese, and doesn’t require much hands-on time. Sometimes we also enjoy the pasta with a dash of delicious balsamic glaze, and with or without the glaze, this caprese pasta is a summer favorite for the whole family!
Ingredients:

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ⅔ cup heavy cream or half-n-half
- ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)
