Cranberry Nut Bread

Packed with nuts, cranberries, and citrus flavors, this quick bread recipe is a great breakfast or dense snack.

I love a good loaf for breakfast and this one is no exception. Full of fruit and nuts, it’s the perfect snack alongside a coffee or tea during the holiday season (or really, whenever you want something tasty!). This is a perfect way to use up leftover nuts or cranberries after the holidays!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1½ Tablespoons orange zest
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cranberries, (fresh or frozen chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Prep Time:
15 minutes
Cook Time:
