Cranberry Chicken

Tangy and tart, this Cranberry Chicken is a delicious way to boost your chicken with a bit of extra flavor!
This is an incredibly delicious meal served alone, over a bed of rice, or alongside roasted vegetables. It’s also a great way to use up leftover cranberry sauce from the holidays!
Ingredients:
- 4 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
- one 348 ml can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
Homemade Onion Soup Mix
- 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium beef bouillon granules
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
