Broccoli Ranch Slaw

This Broccoli Ranch Slaw is the perfect mix of creamy, crunchy, savory and sweet. It’s super easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, making it a fabulous, crowd pleasing Whole30 and Paleo side dish! Everybody’s life is busy, right? Well, when things are especially crazy in my world, I’m not afraid to admit that I lean heavily on convenience items. In the old days that would mean mindlessly grabbing some fast food, but no more!

I think every healthy salad needs something savory, something sweet, and something crunchy. And this broccoli ranch slaw has it all with only four simple ingredients you can get at any grocery store. It’s an ultra simple, go-to recipe, and it’s a fabulous side dish for backyard bbqs, parties, and get togethers! Best of all, it requires no cooking. It actually eats a bit like a salad, which will convert even the most committed broccoli nay sayers in your life. So if your life needs a little crunch without a whole lot of effort, give this recipe a try!

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. broccoli slaw
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup ranch be sure it's compatible, like Tessemae's or homemade.
