- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 8 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 2 pounds Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
