Air Fryer Pork Chops (with Mustard Cream Sauce)

Perfectly seasoned and marinated, these air fryer pork chops are juicy and tender are taken to the next level with our creamy mustard sauce spooned on top. A simple and seriously flavorful weeknight dinner!

Cooking pork chops in an air fryer may be our new favorite easy dinner! It only takes a few minutes of prep work to get perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside results.

This simple marinade of fresh herbs, ground spices, and oil infuses it with a herby flavor that bakes into every bite as it cooks. We love that you can prep the pork chops the day before or just an hour before cooking if you’re short on time. Either way, you’ll have mouthwatering, juicy, perfectly seasoned pork chops.

And don’t forget the icing on the cake (or sauce on the pork chop) after they’ve finished air frying. The creamy mustard sauce is rich and indulgent and truly makes this recipe rival any restaurant pork chop.
