Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast sliced thin
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon chicken base divided (or bouillon)
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 bunch chopped scallions greens and whites divided
3 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
1 cup jasmine rice
8 ½ cups water
