¾ cup granular sweetener, more for a sweeter bread
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon instant espresso granules
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
