1 1/2 cups Oreo Cookie crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

Grasshopper filling

8 ounces cream cheese , softened

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

17 drops green food coloring

1/2 teaspoon mint extract

10 Mint Oreo cookies , crushed

4 cups Whipped Cream , or cool whip (divided)
