Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Honey Garlic Pork Chops are perfectly seasoned, seared to perfection and glazed with a mouthwatering honey garlic sauce. This deliciously simple pork chop recipe delivers a perfect blend of flavors in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, impressive enough for guests, these honey garlic pork chops are sure to be a new favorite!

Ingredients:
  • 1 to 1½ pounds boneless center cut pork chops about ½ inch to ¾ inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons apple juice chicken stock, white wine or water can also be used
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Optional Garnish
  • parsley fresh, minced
