I am so excited to be sharing this Pear Brie Flatbread recipe. This is the PERFECT party appetizer. It is EASY, but feels fancy. I make it all of the time and it is always a hit! Our friends and family love it and request it often, especially for the holidays.
The melty brie with pears, rosemary, and honey will WOW you! All of the flavors work so well together, trust me!
And if you aren’t having a party, it makes a great lunch or light dinner too! I would eat this flatbread any day!
Ingredients:
- 2 naan flatbreads
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 2 medium pears, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
