- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 5 ounces spinach leaves, about 4 cups packed
- 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon minced
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces finely grated parmesan cheese, about 1 cup
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped or substitute 1 teaspoon dried
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, about 1/2 cup
- Fine sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
