Pineapple Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
Tasty, tender & juicy Pineapple Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs are a tantalizing appetizer recipe that’s a surefire crowd-pleaser!

Tender, tangy Pineapple Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs are mouthwatering little bites of aloha goodness! Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, crushed pineapple, eggs, and green onion combine to make some AMAZING Hawaiian-style meatballs glazed with a sweet and sour sauce. Just WOW!

Teriyaki Meatballs are amazing! Seriously, these are SO yummy, and my family begs me to make them! I like to serve them over sweet pineapple rice with snow peas or in soy sauce noodles with stir-fried veggies. They’re also juicy and delicious, sliced up on a Hawaiian roll as a savory sandwich or skewered for a zippy party appetizer!

All you have to do is mix, roll, and bake, then glaze with a glorious pineapple teriyaki sauce! Simple and irresistibly scrumptious!

Ingredients:

Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup canned crushed pineapple drained (reserve liquid for glaze)
  • 2 green onions chopped, both green and whites
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Glaze
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice (from crushed pineapple can)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
