This vibrant blood orange mocktail with rosemary honey syrup is a refreshing blend of sweet, tangy, and herbal flavors. Isn’t the hue of this mocktail showstopping? I can’t get over how vibrant blood orange is. This winter citrus is one of my favorite ingredients to play with throughout the holidays.

Ingredients:
For the rosemary honey syrup
  • ½ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

For one mocktail
  • 4 ounces (½ cup) blood orange juice
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) lime juice
  • 1 to 1 ½ ounces (2-3 tablespoons) rosemary honey syrup
  • 2-3 ounces (4-6 tablespoons) sparkling water
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Blood orange slices, for garnish
