Blood Orange Mocktail with Rosemary Honey Syrup

This vibrant blood orange mocktail with rosemary honey syrup is a refreshing blend of sweet, tangy, and herbal flavors. The zesty kick of fresh lime juice perfectly balances the natural sweetness of the blood orange juice. The rosemary honey syrup adds a fragrant sweetness, contrasting the citrus and elevating the entire drink. Topped with sparkling water, it offers a delightful fizz that brings everything together in a crisp, effervescent finish. The mocktail is garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of blood orange for an extra touch of elegance and a hint of herbal aroma, making it the perfect non-alcoholic refreshment for any occasion.

Isn’t the hue of this mocktail showstopping? I can’t get over how vibrant blood orange is. This winter citrus is one of my favorite ingredients to play with throughout the holidays.
