Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups gingersnap crumbs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 5 ½ TBSP melted butter
Cheesecake:
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1 ⅔ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup eggnog
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 ¾ Tbsp flour
- 2 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp rum extract
- ½ tsp fresh ground nutmeg
