Ingredients:
For the Dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain full fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the Salad
- 2 cups firm red skinned apples , cored and diced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes , halved
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts (toast them on a lined baking sheet in the oven at 375F until their color slightly darkens, then let cool completely)
- 3 tablespoons raisins (can also use dried cherries or cranberries)
